Production and quality

Our aim is to create a quality product that will last for years if looked after properly.

We are working with trusted partners who have the skills to produce a high-end quality toy made of paper.

The blocks and the box have been fully EN 71 tested to be child-friendly.

The puzzle is made of paper and cardboard and doesn't like too much water. Don't leave it outside in the rain (that would be silly).

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
